Yes, many of mine don't appear. It seems to be very much dependent on the retailer. Some, are quick (e.g. Insight) and some never appear and always require a prod (e.g. Crucial)

Are you talking about miles from the VS AmEx, if other mine have posted fine this month, same day as my statement created.

Cagcowboy, as Penny says click through from the "Shop Now" link to get 1 mile for every pound you spend at Insight - used to be 2 but the halved it a few months ago :-(

Does anyone have any problems with the econ to PE upgrades (when you spend 5k in one year)? I have spent well over this since oct and nothing is on my flying club account. Should I get in touch with MBNA?

I have a long wait before Hilton Hotel stays are credited to FC, but find AMEX points credit very promptly each month.

I would definately give MBNA a quick call as they can probably speed things along or at least explain the delay. As I said in my earlier post Hubby also had alot of delays when he first got his card and so he rang them and they got it sorted fairly quickly.

Hope they appear for you soon.

Mine used to come in like clockwork, then I haven't had any this year despite seven stays (although bizarrely they have been recognized in our Flying Company account) ...

My VX flight took nearly 2 months and it was only after internal help at VS that they were credited! I honestly thought it would be quicker!

My MBNA AMEX miles still haven't been transferred to my FC account from 3 weeks ago, have spoken with MBNA who said ring FC ! When i pointed out that it was their job to notify FC off the miles i got an " oh don't know what to do then"

Hung up and rang again and got someone who knew what to do, message sent to the correct department and miles should appear within a few days.

I e-mailed American Express from inside my VS cc account and got a reply back to phone VS FC.
I then sent an e-mail to VS FC who are now chasing my miles for me.
Hopefully I will have the miles from this months card statement soon.

Oh dear my MBNA miles haven't appeared on my FC statement either. Looks like something's definitely gone wrong this month as normally I get my miles the same day that MBNA generate the statement! Guess I'll also need to call MBNA.

For the first time since opening the VS Amex Card account exactly 12 months ago, I haven't been allocated my earned FC miles on the CC statement day (today) ?|
I did get 2 x Econ to PE upgrade vouchers though as a result of my 2 lots of £5k spend in 12 months. ^)
Not a bad anniversary pressie, just hope I can find some suitable dates to use 'em..we'll see. :w
