Paying the premium price for PE you shouldn't have to worry about things like this, whereas I would expect to wait for the toilet in Y.

As I've mentioned elsewhere, don't forget this area was designed for UC (hence no overhead bins) and with that in mind a lighter PAX load. I guess this will be a grin and bear it situation. Once UC gets installed and PE moves backwards overall there will be a lower PAX headcount and one that the bins and toilets were actually designed for.

It is worrying that the key problems on this flight have almost all been highlighted on previous flights. Come on VS sit up and listen.

Oh dear not good - sorry you had such a bad experience. I think the toilet issue will go on and on. Pax are indeed supposed to queue behind the curtain for security reasons and not in the galley, and crew should certainly not be blocking the toilet off altogether. On the 744 upper deck crew are not supposed to enter the f/d if pax are in the vicinity, we have to ask them to move back if they are queueing for the toilet.
Cleanliness is a constant problem ex MCO due to the tight turnarounds and as everyone says is unacceptable.
Hopefully these TRs will help highlight the problems with the A330s and changes can be made.

What a poor experience, let's hope someone is reading and get's on top of the issues here. The toilet needs to be resolved and the cleaniness problems are simply unacceptable.

Hope you have shared your personal experiences with Customer Relations.

Thanks for sharing.
