Another Treatment Question

The last few times I've gone to book a treatment I've been able to have the safety shave but when I've requested the full cutthroat they have told me that they don't have time. Admittedly part of me thought they'd prioritise a paid for treatment but clearly not!

Has anyone had experience with booking this treatment? I have a 2pm to 10pm stay in the CH next week so fingers crossed!

Just the follow up. I had the cut throat shave for 35GBP and it was one of the most enjoyable treatments I've ever had. I was in there for over an hour, and never had so many oils and creams on my face. You get a face massage, hot towel, shoulder massage, exfoliate, hot towel, blade shave with a safety for the hard to reach places, hot towel, cold towel, head massage, tone, face massage, aftershave balm and moisturiser.
