Credit where credits due: I had a delicious dinner at the JFK clubhouse on Tuesday night, heading for VS10 -

Seasonal Salad with Prawns (had exotic greens, snap peas, mint, herbs etc in it - quite wonderful)

Tandoori chicken with potatoes, chutney and a nan. (the 'Indian' in NY is better than the so-so curry's in LHR clubhouse, surprisingly)

All washed down with a glass of wine, and spot of cheese.

Simply Delish. Would have happily paid $40-50 for it in a restaurant. Congrats to the chef (passed them along at the time). I was quite disappointed to find I could not repeat it in London on my return.

I've had that prawn (shrimp) salad with mint - like you I really enjoyed it. :P

I have to agree that the staff are attentive and very cheeful. Because it is a bit smaller than the LHR CH, I get recognised and made to feel very welcome there.

And I do think they make the best Virgin Redheads of all the CHs y)

The only slight niggle is the Wi-Fi. But that has nothing to do with the excellent staff or the chef!

Agree the chef is excellent there. Someone seems to care and know what they are doing.

JFK clubhouse is great, with the exception that its landside, i.e. have yet to go through security, and cannot fully relax.

I could not agree more y) The convoluted log-in process, found in all the Clubhouses, is now so outdated.

Have to agree about the Redehads too :w :w

Yes please VS, change the ridiculous log-in!

It's around 35 characters, with normal, caps, special characters, etc, and not at all easy to input into your smart phone. The password is fine, its the log-in thats nuts.

Feels like taking an exam in hand/eye/memory co-ordination to get on there.
