VS200 Duty Free Pre-Order Question

I *think* I know the answer to this already but thought I'd just double check.

I'm flying on the VS200 in Aug to SYD with multi-night stop-overs both ways in HKG and the VS duty free pre-order website does state:

Please note that on flight number VS200 [LHR to SYD via HKG & VS201 SYD – LHR via HKG], no Pre-Order service is available.

I'm aware that this has always been the case but was just wondering does this also include the VS200 if you are just flying to HKG

Includes every sector on the 200/201.

I thought as much!!

Previously sent an email to VS enquiring why no pre-order on VS200/201 and the answer was weight restriction.
