I'm flying from LGW next week and wondered if anyone recommends either one of: Airparks Gatwick Meet & Greet or Gatwick Meteor Meet & Greet more highly?

Both come up on the VS Purple Parking booking form - Airparks is a bit more at £84 vs Meteor at £71.

Thanks

Hi Martin,

I have used Airparks Gatwick Meet & Greet for the last 5 years and can recommend them, always been very punctual and i've never had a problem. May be a bit more expensive but Highly Recommend. :)

Thanks Dave, I'll book a pick-up with them.

Cheers

I used Meteor Meet & Greet in November last year and had a bad experience.

Our 2 day old car had just short of 100 miles put on it and a quarter of a tank of Diesel used while it was in their care. v(

After a strong letter and an "investigation" they found no trace of it being used apart from the journey to / from the compound. However, their initial offer of compensation was refused and I got it increased to what I felt was fair.

I now take a photo of the instrument panel, which includes the mileage and fuel gauge, when arriving at the terminal. I explain to the driver the reasons why and they accept it ok, saying their company would never use a car like this ?? !! ii)

I take photo's like that whenever my car goes in for it's MOT & Service after a Peugeot dealer put 50 miles on my old car and when asked said that they took it to another garrage for the work to be carried out as their workshop was full :0
this after i booked it in a week before :0 :0

Why I always use self-parking or a rental car. Wouldn't trust my own car to anyone else's care (or carelessness).
