Awsome VS Call Centre Service

I spoke to someone in Flying Club department who really went out of their way to help me make my colleagues last trip home special.

My company will only give her enough budget to travel economy, and whilst I am sleeping soundly in a duvet at the front she is sausaged in the back. It was her last week before she leaves us to go back to her family as her sister has medical issues and happened to be the week before her birthday.

The lovely girl on the phone helped me upgrade her to upper, and even offered to ensure 'something special' was done for her on the flight home. No idea what that will be, but hopefully she will enjoy.

If any of the call centre guys read this, a job well done!

Lets hope the 'something special' iis more than a suite where the table and IFE are on working order. Lol
