Hi,
I have just booked Upper Class tickets using points (London to Miami).
This is my first experience of this class of travel. It is also likely to be my only experience so I would like to try and make the most of it)
Any advice on how to get the best experience, both at Heathrow (Clubhouse and check-in) and Miami (where I believe the lounge is Delta). And also on-board.
How do I get access to the Clubhouse lounge in Heathrow? Do I need to pre-arrange this?

And advice to make this a great experience is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
TS

Well done on your first UC flight. y)

You will be given directions as to how to get to the Clubhouse using the private security channel (and bearing in mind that you exit the security channel into the Duty Free area) At the door they will ask you for your boarding card and ask you which flight you are on and they will have your details on their screens. You will be asked if it is your first time and you will be given a quick briefing as to where everything is.

Our advice if you are seeking a treatment is to go straight to the Spa area and book it as appointments are given on a first come first serve basis. You can then think of breakfast and you can eat it either in the brasserie or in the main body of the CH.

On board, just relax and enjoy yourself

A fantastic way to start your trip!

All I can say is get to the CH as early as you can to make the most of it, it's a fantastic environment! The CH Burger is lovely and worth trying a redhead cocktail or a champagne mojito!

What seats have you selected on the flight?

Famtastic news, I am sure you will enjoy your first UC experience. I would certainly agree an early arrival into the Clubhouse is a must to get a spa treatment and to enjoy some food and a few drinks - the Virgin redhead is delicious and the champagne mojito a dream.....

You will find the service in the Clubhouse very attentive. On board, do check out the onboard bar for a few drinks on your day flight - maybe even choosing to eat at the bar!

You will enjoy for sure.
