MBNA Amex FC Miles August

Hi - am having the same problem with getting miles transferred from MBNA to my FC Account this month as I did in July. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

I applied for and got a black card last month so this is the first statement on the new account - I am no longer using the white card - could it possibly be because of this?

Is the new account linked to your FC account? Use the contact us facility within the MBNA online banking to email it to them so they can link the credit card to your FC account.
