Skycot location on 747 in PE?

Hi
Can anyone advise where the skycot/s are located in PE on the 747 out of LGW? I know it would be at a bulkhead seat but is this in the lower cabin or upstairs (or both?) Thanks in advance!

There are bassinet positions at 81AC and 81HK in the downstairs PE cabin and at 70HK on the upper deck.

There is one situated at 70H/K on the upper deck, not sure if there is one in the lower deck cabin also.
