Hello All,

Flying UC to SFO on Tuesday and I'm doing my first ever DTCI. What I don't know (and cannot find anywhere) is how easy it is to find the "ramp" to the Wing. I am using my own driver and car and obviously don't want to waste Valuable CH time going round the airport :D

Thanks.

VS will email you a map when they confirm the DTCI slot you have pre-booked.

For security reasons DTCI needs to be pre-booked and you cannot simply turn up.

VS also need to know the make, model, colour and registration number of the car a minimum of 30 minutes before the start of your slot.

Don't worry. Did the same route and it's a total breeze, say goodbye to your hold luggage as you step out the car, door opened by va staff, and get on down to the ch!

We love the DTCI and only 26 days until our next departure.

Its not too bad, but not entirely obvious. Someone on here posted a picture of the small sign indicating the entrance. Sorry can't remember who.

If you look on Google maps (satelite view) at the airport, you can see the ramp really well as it curves up to the quadrilateral shaped building with the dark diamond shape in the roof at the bottom of the image below (click on it for a larger hi-res image). essentially you turn right just before you get to T3 building and then right again into the entrance to the ramp itself. Not too fast though as there are some fearsome looking raising bollards ahead. You (your driver) will confirm who you are over the intercom and then you are let through the first set and then the second set once the first are back up - to stop tailgating.

Enjoy.

Well I made it through and as Tontybear mentioned they do send you an easy to read map - indeed it was a breeze!

CH is very busy for a Tuesday morning:)

Pleased you got through quickly - it allows for more time in the clubhouse.

Enjoy your champagne breakfast. :)
