I too have had a couple of flights with couples becoming "intimate" (one neccessiating crew to have stern words v( ). Gentlemen disrobing (completely) in the main cabin and donning their ninja suits - yeuk, not a pleasant sight :$ .Babies nappies being changed in the suites and the dirty nappies being left on the ottoman . Ugh :$ :$ . Biggest bug bear? Pax visiting the latrines only wearing their soocks (said feet and socks then grace the ottomans :$ :$ ). Would you enter a public lavatory without shoes? No, I don't think so (and let's face it the floors in the bogs are usually sopping aren't they ?). Double yeuk.
And just so you know, my leopard print slippers which are firmly on my feet for all my travels around the cabin have gathered many a compliment from crew :D .

Lovely to see some great responses, and that it's not just me that seems to be graced with the more gross people of the world...!
On our flight out here, we had a man sitting across the aisle from us. He had a streaming cold and was constantly sneezing, VERY loudly. (Which I completely understand can't be helped.) He had with him a large hanky, that got blown into every 5 minutes. He then used it to wipe his kids face after it'd eaten, and further on from that my friend noticed him wiping down his entire sweaty face and neck with it in the terminal. Eww.
The best bit was when he sneezed on landing, we're all looking over out of the window and he sneezes in front of our view, doesn't even attempt to catch it in anything, a massive bug ridden mist comes flying out of his face. We've spent the rest of our holiday waiting to get his cold but so far has not arrived..
And what's with people leaving dirty nappies in seat pockets?? I treat an aircraft like a car; I wouldn't vomit into the pockets and I wouldn't put my feet up on the trim!

I've seen a lot of dirty underwear being left onboard lately - either just on the floor or hanging out of a seat pocket!! :$

Good god, that's disgusting! How do you guys cope with that - do they give you latex gloves?

Mind you, on reflection, if Maria Sharapova had been on-board..............I'd sell them on eBay, naturally :V

As the dirty underwear has been spotted at the end of the flight after disembarkation, it is left for the cleaners to dispose of. :$

If I were crew, I think it'd always notice "it" after disembarkation!

VS should put them in an envelope (using gloves) and post back to the person whose seat they were found in! :P

It's exactly for this reason that Mrs NV and I always use the hot towels to wipe down the leather fittings on the suite. The amount of grime that can be removed can, sometimes, be quite astonishing.

Me too! I thought I was the only one.... y)

Nappies, knickers/boxers/panties/assorted underwear?

Reclaim the cabin!

I'm with Slinky on this regarding the great unwashed and, with Mrs NV's permission, will be posting more later.

In the meantime, I'm cross and there will be consequences.
