Question about Spring Meal

I flew VS40 from ORD-LHR on JUN10,2011 and enjoyed a meal that was pasta and salmon in a white sauce. does anyone know what this meal was? Any help is appreciated!

Yes, that's it. The meal I received was much, much better than that. It's actually a very very tasty meal. Any idea what that sauce is?

Whilst I was mildly bothered that Slinky was affected by that picture I am more concerned that Gerry was made to feel ill !
