Duty Free Ordering

Hello,

As normal l am getting a bit confused ?|

I would like to pre order duty free for our flight in November....to be waiting for us on board.
I am aware of the limits, so just a bottle each plus 200 cigarettes each.

Have looked on Retail Therapy, but can't seem to find the pre order for our flight.

Help please would be much appreciated.

I think what you do is order from Retail Therapy link on the VS Web site then choose the option for 'Inflight Delivery' ...

You can also book over the phone (which is the only way you are actually able to pre-order cigarettes). You cannot pre-order any cigarettes using the website.

First just call Virgin Pre-order (0870 190 3003) and select option 4 to request a brochure (or just get the products codes you require off the website)

Once you are ready to order, call the pre-order line again (option 1 this time) and place your order. You will just need your date of travel to hand. You can order for both the out-bound and/or the return flight legs at the same time.

You will then be sent a pre-order receipt to take with you on your flight, although don't panic if this does not turn up as the crew still have a list of pre-orders on every flight.

Have just successfully ordered for on board delivery, very easy ii)
Mr CL will be dispatched to duty free for the cigs....whilst l enjoy my cocktail in the CH!
