DTCI Procedure

Hi All,

Would just like to know what happens after Tristar have dropped us off please.
Is it a straight forward walk on the same level to security and then the CH.
I absolutely hate lifts, so hoping we won't have to use one!
Also, am l correct in thinking that we can use those famous stairs to access duty free.

Yes - get out of car into the indoor area. Check-in staff check your passport, tag bags etc, passport and BP handed back over then its all one level to private security channel - keep your passport out though as there is a UKBA agent before you get to the security check.

Walk through duty free and follow the signs to 'lounges' and then yes up the stairs (though the lift has a seat in it if you are tired!)
