Virgin flying club !!!!!!

What do you have to do to get through to virgin flying club
I have been on hold for 2 hours!
Does any one have a better number , trying to upgrade my next flight
It won't let me do it online

Presumably it'll be because they are on some sort of reduced staff because it's Christmas.
