just a quick question...

we're travelling in Upper Class to Orlando on the 18th, i've checked the movie schedule but i know you don't get the whole selection of films as the IFE is still on loop. If any one is travelling from LGW and knows what films are being shown could you let me know as i would like to know if its worth uploading some more films to my IPad :D

Edit to thread title by mod for clarity....Nick

Just for the record (incase the OP starts to panic ;) ), we've flown that route over 35 times (and back) and apart from very occasionally having the wrong films loaded (at the start or finish of a month), there's only been once when the IFE (either Nova or Odyssey) wasn't working.

We usually travel in a party of 6 and it's not often that we've all been blessed with a working IFE on a single flight. This is especially true when travelling at the rear end of the aircraft :-(

I will, (if I remember!) do the usual type out tomorrow. Wondering if it would be worth me running off a monthly thread for this query.

Definitely, if you are in a position to do it. We know the ex-LHR offerings courtesy of the VS website but that doesn't help the ex-LGW passengers and those (like me) who are doomed to fly one of the A343s.

I've got an A343 in a couple of week's time but I doubt I shall be as lucky as I was the last time I flew an A343 and get G-VSUN :?

Thanks SHG!

Hmmm! I have a 343 scheduled for my return from Dubai in a couple of weeks time and unless I get lucky and get G-VSUN then there's nothing there for me to watch. Time to load up the iPad, methinks!

Puss In Boots & The Smurfs are epic films!!! :D :D :D

I took my wee cousin to see them both at the cinema...she's 4 and I'm 21...excellent excuse for me to act like a child again!!

I'd be happy as a pig in the proverbial if I had these movies on a flight!

Enjoy Orlando Cat! y) :D

P.S: hope ya get VSUN honey lamb! y)

So do I. I can probably catch Puss in Boots on the way over but there's nothing to watch on the return. Lucky that I read a lot

Pop quiz...

What (current-ish) films would you like to see on a flight at the moment; the selection struck me as reasonable given the recent release schedule?

Paul

ps I can recommend "Contagion" for the return... :)
