UC - what do we want to see!!!??

Some more news on exactly what is happening with UC would be good, was sure that I'd seen an e-mail from VS regarding exciting changes coming, but can't seem to find said e-mail, maybe I was dreaming it.

Generally agree with most of the posts here but a good deep clean and maintenance of the current suites would be a positive start. The hot towel isnt for cleaning your suite and screen?The toilet floor in UC on flight from LHR to IAD last month were sticky, dirty and littered with hair!

Wish list:

Better food quality including the Garlic Bread mmmm
Sleep suits that don't generate sparks!
Bring back baskets of amenity items
Cocktail menu

Most important tho would be consistent service - how two flights can be so different within one airline is a sign of lack of quality assurance and professionalism by some FSMs. I'm fed up with the rushed service sometime and especially the turn the lights off, heat up full blast and hope everyone will sleep.

Upgrading the amenity kit is essential - it's cheap in its current form. The Freedom menu also needs to be implemented properly. I've often asked for my meal much later that the 'usual' time of service and more often than not, it's 'almost a problem'... Freedom menu should mean what it says on the tin!

I think they want to quietly drop the freedom menu, they no longer mention it on the menu itself....

I've flown twice in UC from LGW and MAN, and never once has there been mention of the freedom menu. I assumed it didn't exist, its hard to order from a menu you don't actually have...

It's not a special menu.

All the 'freedom menu' is is the ability to eat what was on the 'main menu' but when you wanted to.
