Interesting survey

I’ve just had an interesting survey to complete. One question was “Did you receive a personal greeting from a member of cabin crew onboard which recognised you as a Gold member (e.g. ‘Welcome back Mr Smith’, ‘Nice to see you flying with Virgin again’, etc)

Various other questions followed which made me chuckle. Luckily there were lots of free format text boxes below each question!

I also received this survey today and lots of questions about Gold membership and how VA could enhance the experience.....

received the same. And since I'd travelled in PE with FC Gold there were questions about how they could enhance the PE experience for Gold card holders too...

I got the chance to tell thaem that when travelling PE with FC Gold rarely do I get the upgraded bags option etc... I guess I shoudl just use the UC checkin or put my FC card on the desk

There must be a door somewhere in Crawley Towers with a sign on it saying:

"Department of Surveys - All Pointless and Toothless"

Many of us will recall the big survey of FC Aus two years ago, with all the pointed questions about changes and higher tiers ... anyone recall what happened?
