Ticket was bought way back in Aug when they had a sale on, though shouldn't be an issue I hope!

APIS is correct, ESTA also correct. Last travelled 4th Jan with no problems. Last time I had issues at OCLI about 18 monthas ago it let me check in but not issue a boarding pass. At check in was told it was a random security check and got an SSSS boarding card.

i would recommend a call to CS. last time it happened to me there had been a cock up and my booking hadnt gone through despite having a reference and being able to pre reserve a seat

Ah panic over - I just tried again and am checked in. There has been a late Aircraft substitution - earlier today it was showing as an A346 but is now a 747-400.

It allowed me to check in, but when I try to issue a boarding pass as PDF in email the system says it can't email at the moment. When I try the print option it reports a system error.


Edit: BP has just arrived in email - SEQ 82... not good enough :)
