Accomodation recomendations - Huntington Beach Area & Disney

Hi all,

We've a few days in LA (area)on our return from NZ.

As we'll have done Santa Monica, Sunset, BH area on the outward stopover we're looking at Huntington Beach area or similar, close to beach/convenient for Disney.

2 adults and 1 4 year old so semi self catering sort of thing (appt with a kitchen etc).

any ideas welcomed as I really don't know this area well at all.

I have never stayed in a hotel in Huntington because I have many friends there, however this hotel http://www.hotelhb.com/index.shtml looks great in terms of positioning. If you want to be close to the main pier and beach, that looks like the hotel for you
