Reward booking

Hi all

Very quick question if I may - I think I remember seeing on here recently a statement that you couldn't add your FC membership number to a reward booking...now my question is, if this is the case am I able to view my reward booking in MMB and pre-select seats etc as any normal revenue fare would allow?

Yes, you will just need to use you 6 character VS booking reference.

Strangely I have to do that via the booking ref for my LAX/SFO return upgrade in September, but the JFK return next month (booked a few weeks ago) _is_ in my future flight list...

I seem to find bookings i've made on the phone do automatically appear there... but ones that I've made online then upgraded by phone later aren't!

It is possible to align reward flights with FC no. so that they appear in My Future Flights. When I call VS to book a reward flight it doesn't seem to be, but when I book rewards online they do ...

Both of mines were phoned up, got an L, upgraded via miles. One didn't register, other did. So its not even consistent.
