FC Upgrade times

Afternoon

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of how long it takes for an account to be upgraded to the next level on FC?

For example, if i travel in March and earn 10 TP's which gets me to gold, how long will it take for my account to update online and card be posted?

If you're travelling on VS then pretty instantly online, it may take a few weeks for your new card to arrive.

If on a partner airline then it could be longer (see thread about VX TPs and Au status).

You won't need your new card if your next trip is in UC, but if you fly in PE or Y and haven't got your new card you can ask FC to send a letter by email to you confirming Au status, which they'll be happy to do, and you can show this where you need it (e.g. lounges).
