Malaysia Airlines Joining OneWorld - Loss of FC Partner?

With Malaysia Airlines due to join OneWorld in June this year I wonder if that means it will cease to be a FC partner at some point - has anything been announced?

If it does then FC will be depleted, adds to my desire for VS to get sorted on the alliance front.

I would have thought that it's a certainty.

This is news to me (I know, where have I been?!)...

If VS don't join an alliance soon, what's left for them, could be a struggle....

The uncertainty may hurt them...

I can't see your reward booking being impacted. I have one in January and I would assume all booked and confirmed reward tickets would be honoured. At least that is what logic says...
