flying club online shopping tool points

Hi,

I downloaded the online shopping tool a little while ago, which promised 250 points for downloading, and 250 points when you made your first purchase via the tool. No sign of the poins yet and I'm sure its been over a month. ?| did anyone else do this?

ShopsAway toolbar must be downloaded by 20 February 2012 to receive 250 Flying Club bonus miles.Only one toolbar downloaded by a member will be eligible for the bonus. Virgin Atlantic Flying Club reserves the right to remove the bonus 250 miles if the toolbar is uninstalled.

A further bonus of 250 Flying Club miles is applicaple when Flying Club members shop and make a qualifying purchase using the toolbar by 25 March 2012.

Mine are still shwoing as 'pending' from Jan 27th.

My first 250 were listed as pending from the day I downloaded the toolbar, and my second 250 were listed as pending when I made my first purchase through it.

My first 250 are showing as "in progress" from the 27th Jan too when I downloaded it. No sign of the extra 250 yet after my first purchase shortly after downloading it but I'll be keeping an eye out to make sure they appear eventually.

The toolbar wasn't working too well in Firefox, I've tried to download it for IE but my AVG blocks it as a virus! It tries to install JQ62T.exe whatever that is but I'm not taking any chances.
