I noticed this as a T&C as well - not seen it before (my emphasis) - is it new?

1. The fares and book by date shown above are correct as of 01 December 2011, but are subject to change or extension depending on take up and market conditions. Due to the nature of the market, it is possible that flight fares may be available at a cheaper price at a later date.

Kyle - just a bit of feedback for you on the new website pages.

When searching for flights using the search function within the newly implemented pages, the return date always defaults back to todays date -rather than a date following the dates you've entered for the departure date.

For example, if you search for flights in November 2012, you select a departure date of 1st November. Then you click on Return Date and it's back at December 2011 so you have to click through all the dates again. It would be great if the return date defaulted to a date after your departure date i.e. 2nd November onwards.

That's been there for a week or two, I think. I know I used it last week for something and there it was. It took me a couple of minutes to realise you have to type in the airport if you don't want LHR information but it really does look nice

Sure does y) Let's see how long it takes V-Flyer to spot a glitch ):

Not glitches as such

No drop down menu/picklist for departing/ arriving airports.

Return date does not update to month of outbound flight. Surely they can get the calendar to update automatically?

Congratulations to the team who've clearly worked so long and hard !!

I'd rather they sort of the inconsistencies with service than tinker with the website to be perfectly honest.

Spend a while rooting around on there finding all the coding errors...and then congratulate them.

This page (and all the other cabin pages doesn't seem to display properly at the bottom of each page just above where the FAQ box is. The text is all mashed up and is also showing as been under some of the pictures.

Using Safari 5.1.3 with Mac OS X (10.7.3)

It's the same when using an iPad as well.

Edit to add - it works sometimes but not every time.

I'm using IE9 and it seems to be all ok, I'm no techno wizz but it could be a Safari/Mac thing?!

I would prefer to see airport codes rather than the names.

It all looks very nice modern and stylish. One thing I noticed though is that unlike the old home page, I can't choose different cabins for each leg of my journey. I still get the option on book flights and more and when I click more options which take me back to the old pages. I hope this option is kept available

How do you log into your account from the home page ... ahh, I see you have to click to another page ... why is VS so infuriating with the number of clicks to get to information, haven't they heard of navigation ease? The one that really irritates me is special offers, it's a mess, information is not displayed on the first pages and in some cases is hidden until multiple click throughs ... OK ranting hat off ): .

Well, from a cursery examination...

I note with amusement that "Cheap flights to..." has been replaced by "Worldwide flights..." - which is true(ist)...

Overall, the book flights section doesn't is very hard to use with screen-reading software - i.e., it doesn't conform to best practice in terms of accessibility.

Where has the option gone to select different cabins on outbound/return legs? (Is this a sign of things to come, or just an "oversight").

The rewards flights engine doesn't appear to have improved much either.

This is still just fluff without substance...

I'm not a fan, I spent ages last night trying to find out days the YVR flight operated. In the end I got it from the old version, but I haven't got a clue how I got there. There was nothing wrong with the old website, it did the trick- I.e. allowed me to book flights and find information out. This new layout is complicated overly fancy and isnt an improvement for its customers.

Where have I experienced that before ?
