Also just sat in the New Lounge. On the plus side it's MILES better than the old JFK lounge, however VS flyers become quickly ruined by the glory of the LHR Clubhouse, to which, IMHO, it doesn't hold a candle........ The bistro is disorganised to say the least, lots of stroppy American business types unhappy with the speed of service... Although my experience was fine...

So, well done VS for making the investment, it's starting to grow on me....

Guys, I've been through the new lounge twice now and think it's fantastic. The spa's great and it's brilliant to be 2 minutes from the plane. They computerized the ordering system so it was taking a bit longer than the old method but they seemed just about ironed out last time I was through.

I'd say the service when I was there was lacking. There was like a total of 3 people in the place and you'd not be asked for anything for like 20 minutes. I didn't want anything except a cup of coffee but it wasn't particularly good. I suppose I could have went and sat at the empty bar.

The spa seemed much more easy to get an appointment for though.
