On Virgin Atlantic they start selling tickets 11 months in advance (in line with most international scheduled airlines)

Virgin Holidays have a longer booking period and I just checked and they have upuntil Oct 2013 in their calendar at the moment.

You also wont be able to log into the Virgin Holidays manage my booking system as all new bookings since about 2 years ago have been on a new reservation system for which VH have no web access management available at all.

They will try and fob you off by saying they are working on a fantastic new system but they have been saying that now for 2 years+ :w

Your only option is to call them to make payments etc.

It's two separate things.

To pay your balance you will need to call VH as James as pointed out.

The view you seat, it will be on the VS manage my booking section, but that will only be once the 336 date has been reached, so for September 2013, it will be October 2012.

Yes, but remember that currently for any flights departing after 1st November this year, the ability to pre-select seats has been temporary removed with no date for when it will be reinstated.

Yeah I know about the ability to not pre book seats and to be honest I am pretty gutted as me and my girlfriend are going UC and usually pick 6a and 6k right in the nose

Thanks
