Last time I flew that leg, it was an Embraer RJ. That was good as it's an upgrade from the old SAAB SF340 which used to take nearly 40 mins !

If I remember rightly (it was 2 years ago !) It was an RJ45 - standard config is 1+2
That's what AA and UA used to fly on this "commuter" route, though UA has increasingly switched to CRJs on this route, even the occasional 700. The turboprops were a real blast

Must admit, never liked the approach to SAN in a turboprop, espcially if you come over the land route - always seemed too fast and too steep !
