Can anyone tell me if the UK/USA PE menu will have changed in April (Easter) - Would like to know the menu as my hubbie has a food intolerance and usually ends up having one of the crews jacket potato!

No, it will be the current menu as it is not due to change till June. The details of it can be seen in this trip report

You could also call special assistance and ask their advice - I suppose it depends on what your hubby is intollerant too (we don't want any repeat of 'cupcake gate do we? ): ): )

And standard advice to people with any sort of food intollerance is to take some food and snacks with you that you know they can eat.

Hi,

We flew PE MAN to MCO yesterday, brilliant flight, menu as follows:

Tomato and cucumber salad

Braised beef brisket in red wine sauce with rosemary potatoes and root vegetables
Chicken and mushroom fricassee with whole grain mustard mashed potatoes and winter greens
Basil and ricotta ravioli with bell pepper and cheese sauce

Bread roll

Lily o Briens chocolate caramel mousse

Cheese and biscuits

Yes he usually takes a pot noodle and snacks just incase! The offending food is citrus ie citric acid, lemon, orange, lime which are often used as flavour enhancers and preservatives - not the easiest to detect! v(
