Does anyone know if a Miles Plus Money ticket is upgradeable? I'm thinking about trying to upgrade from PE to UC on a return from Cuba.
Yes, they can be upgraded to a higher cabin MPM fare or a higher revenue fare. You cannot upgrade them with just miles.
