VS201 HKG-LHR 21st April 2012

I'm on a B fare leaving tomorrow night and want to change to tonights flight. Online showing all claases unavailable. Should I just take a chance and fly down fron HGH this afternoon? Anyone fancy my chances? v(

Hi Paul, if i were you I would contact VS in advance to see if they can sort you a seat unless you are ok with a night at HKG airport.

Thanks Pete, it's either a hotel night in Hangzhou or Hong Kong - at least if I am in HK there's a chance!

I have turned up many times for the 201 even when sold out there are usually some no-shows and never been denied a seat.
Also, once it has left SYD the loading often changes as there are no shows in SYD.
At least if you are there you have a chance.

The only thing I forgot to say is that if you do not get on the flight be prepared to pay a lot more for the hotel than you would pay in HGH and don't forget you will have to pay a change fee for your ticket.

Booked on Dragonair 1910hrs - Hangzhou is busy this weekend so hotel prices are sky high anyway. I'll give it a try - here's hoping.....thanks for the help
