A quick summary on a trip I make quite often.
Everything was quick simple and easy. The whole trip is so fast and going over all I needed was to get some work done and a bit of a kip.

Almost no queue at JFK to check in, with friendly staff. Then 10 minutes while you drag your bag over to the Xray section.
Much the same going through pasport control and security.
Quick chat with staff the other side to make sure things were running on time (they were) then on and seated.

Friendly, professional service. All just as you would want.
My seat was horribly uncomfortable, a regular emergency seat so lots of legroom but not made for someone 6'3.

Food was dull and just there. No drinks for me but just because I was working the next day.

Could just do with a better seat and I will be very happy.

The staff really are the part of the flight that make all the difference.

I go PE/Business some of the time, just depends on where I am going really or if regular are all sold out.

The last two weeks have been very hard (thanks to family stuff) so might treat myself.
