Sorry this is so long after the event but better late than never.

Not a great deal to report on this trip but still would like to say what a great flight and service we received.

Checked in online, brief stay in the Escape Lounge, boarded on time. CC were brilliant. I ordered our now 'the norm' bottle of Moet for the flight which was served beautifully chilled y)

A bit of history - We started visiting Florida again (after a long break of not doing so) when our girls were 2 and 4. For our first three annual flights we flew UC so that the girls had a bit more space and the prices were affordable for us at that time. UC is now out of our price bracket as we had to draw the line somewhere, to think our first UC flight cost £3.5k for the four of us is now incredible (youngest was an infant at the time though and so shared my seat!)...

Anyway, we now fly twice a year with VA, MAN to MCO in PE and I can safely say that on our last flight I was positively euphoric. PE seats are plenty big enough for me, glass of chilled Moet in hand, girls (now 6 & 8) kept totally occupied by IFE and their own bits and bobs, I just can't believe how enjoyable our flights have become :D

Thank you VA!

TTFN.

Thanks for the TR.

We found the VS75 - Beauty Queen an excellent experience.

Your TR does show that combing a well equipped plane and a good crew is a recipe for success y) y)

Pity that the economies of travelling to Florida are making it difficult for us all now days :#

We have another decade of having to stick to school holidays :(!

I therefore use my miles against M&M PE flights which brings the cost down slightly. Perhaps when the chicks have flown the nest I will revert to saving up my miles for reward flights as we will be able to travel off peak again.

I have just booked our flights MAN to MCO for Easter 2013, 2 ad and 2 ch, PE, £3000 y) Pretty pleased with that price :D
