VS5 2nd June LHR-MIA change info help pls? Loads?

5 of us flying VS5 miles plus money june 2nd.... flight looks full...our final destination is orlando so was wondering if a change to LGW-MCO would be an option..may even help out in the case of overbooking... is this possible?? Reservations were not able to help even though seats available..we return to LGW 15th june...

Also are the upper deck economy seats any goods...we have a tight turn at MIA so the nearer the door the better...lol

The flight is currently Y0 so yes it does look busy.

Upper deck seats don't seem to be made available until check-in -- although they tend to appear a few hours before, so keep checking. Personally I would keep a close eye on the seat map in the 24 hours before check-in opens.

The problem with switching to MCO is that it is a totally different route and you would need a flexible ticket to do this -- do you know which fare code you are booked in?

Class is x (miles plus money) so horribly inflexible ... Will check online when checkin opens see what can be done ...
