Hello all I have an unusual question. My booking was made through a travel agent ( I know how very Victorian) and it has appeared on the Virgin website. However I went into add my flying club card and API info. It then says it is entrered but when I go back to the booking no one of this info appears and i Clicked again to enter it and it was blank though it had said previously it was entered.

I know I didn't book directly online but could this be the problem? Should you be ableto see these details on the mange the booking page after they ave been entered? I've tried several times over the month and the info never seems to be there. Is it just me?

My flight is not till August and I will be travelling to San Francisco.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have had the same problem for a couple of months as has my son. We both spoke to FC on the telephone who input the details for us. When we checked after hanging up we were back to the old information - the change was not successful.

I must admit I had forgotten until reading your post. We are flying to LAX in September and will need to correct telephone contact details before then.

I had the exact same problem - booked through the company travel agent, and couldn't adjust anything in MMB. The problem is that it can *look* as if it has saved, but when you come back to check-in online it can all disappear again. This could be a problem if you were ordering a special meal.

I ended up ringing customer service up, and they said this had been happening a lot recently. They were more than happy to link my booking to my FC account, and put my meal request in.
