WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

Have just posted 2 itineries, MAN to ZRH,ZRH to MAN and MAN to PMI, PMI to MAN. For some reason the MAN to ZRH and MAN to PMI are duplicated. Any ideas why?

Can't see anything obvious, maybe there was a slight error when you clicked and it duplicated them. I have deleted the duplicate posts so only one for each leg now show.
