I think it was an error as the VS77 only operates on a Monday. G-VTOP is due to operate the VS73 this afternoon.

Strange.

I saw it on flight radar 24 squawking 7700 (general emergency) which is when it turned back.

How bizarre, maybe they set off and realised they were meant to be going to MCO and not BGI so turned back :D

G-VTOP is showing as left the gate at 13:57 operating the VS73

Edit: Just thinking about it, G-VTOP will have been operating the VS78 from last night that was running late and landing about 10:30am so I wonder if some of the Flight Radar systems have just got mixed/had an error.

Very weird!

I've just double checked and seen it was definitely VS77 to BGI and G-VTOP so must've been a system error somewhere along the way.
