(please turn your caps lock off - it's like shouting)

No you can't pre-book - it is all book on the day.

Each UC ticket holder is allowed to take one guest into the CH/Lounges as long as they are flying on a VS flight that day.

7A and 7K are fine.

I suggest getting to the LGW Clubhouse about 8.30. You should beat most of the crowds and have a good couple of hours to enjoy breakfast, a treatment and some drinks. Any earlier and you'd probably be a bit bored - it's not huge and there's not that much to do.

Note there's no VS Clubhouse at LAS, they use a shared lounge in the brand new Terminal 3 which I believe opens today, so too early for any reviews.

As to the time of arrival at the CH, depends what you want to do there. If you definitely want a treatment as part of the experience, the earlier the better.

Seats 7A and K are on opposite sides of the aircraft. If you want to spend a good deal of the flight time chatting, then you're fairly far apart on a head:head basis. If you're happy to scrunch down, watch a few films and perch on the ottoman at the foot of the UCS for a chat / to eat together then they are fine.

Hope this helps
