Hi and evening folks,
Due to fly vs73 tomorrow and tried OLCI but no joy when attempting to. Comes up in red text saying we are unable to check you in online at the moment, we must check in at the airport.

Any idea why I know it might be case of they don't know which ac it is.

Could be a number of reasons:

You have booked an exit row or extra leg room seat

There are difficulties in "recognising" you as a passenger if there are lots of people with the same name

The list is endless - so the advice is not to worry, relax and get to the airport early ;)

Thanks buns, the wife early saw we had been allocated in the bubble. I was happy with that but now can't view seats again and complete OLCI.

I had the same problem trying to check in 7 adults and 1 child on VS075/76 recently.
I found doing the check in's one at a time worked, tthere appeared to be a problem with one passengers details, which worked when check in alone, not as a group.

Hi

I had problems today with OCLI for our flights tomorrow to Boston
It checked me in OK, but refused to recognise my wife!

Had to phone Virgin to get them to book her in manually....
