Travelling to vegas december 6th VS085 is this route normally on time?
We have a very busy itinenary so the only night we could see Shania twain(for the mrs) would be the day we arrive. We should get there at 15.00 and the show starts at 19.30 so if everything is on time no problem.
Do virgin have a policy where we could claim back the cost if we are late?
any advice appreciated

Hi and welcome

Assuming that you mean "can we claim for the Shania Twain tickets?" I should imagine that like most other businesses buried among the terms and conditions of booking is something that excludes consequential loss from any compensation arrangements that may be in place for flights being delayed.

There are travel insurance policies that will cover some of this kind of thing.

Looking at a few months data (see flight schedules in the toolbox) this flight seems to be on time mostly.

Virgin's policy will be to apply the law; which for a delay of less than 4 hours on a flight of your distance means no monetary compensation.

More than four hours you would be entitled to €600 compensation BUT at the moment this is on hold pending an appeal from airlines.

No.

Do US CBP have a policy if you are delayed in a long immegration/customs queue? or - No.

Do the Vegas city council have a policy if there are problems on the roads once you arrive that delay you? - No

I'm sorry but you are going to need a really good insurance policy to cover you for this and even then there will be exclusions.
