There I was last night, idly surfing flights for next Easter, and there I saw it - PE to Barbados, in the school hols, for just over £800. Bargain of the year...

So, I think to myself that I'll book them in the morning when I have time to sort out a hotel as well, get it all packaged by a very nice agent I've been using for years... Easy, right...

Yep, you guessed it, this morning, flights are over £1000. Grrrr :(! n(

So, lesson for today is grab these things while you can. At least that's what I told my wife xx(

I think someone sat down after midnight yesterday and said "ok let's slap a few hundred quid on all popular flights" ): Or perhaps fares are going up for a few weeks in order for a sale to be announced. That's how 'they' normally operate, raise the original price only to reduce it in a fare sale back to what it was in the first place ii)

Yeap you should book when you see the price you are prepared to pay but so many times we say "let's wait until tomorrow".

Be patient I bet the fares comes back down, but Easter :?

Yeah, forgot about the sale deadline, doh!

I paid almost as much for sale O class economy seats this Easter, so have limited optimism that I'll get another crack at this, but I won't hang around next time, that's for certain...
