I did mostly red and black bets on Roulette and the 0 came up once. Then I started putting a little bit on 0 as well. Lost a grand total of £1.50 and the 10,000 miles have turned up:D so the rule doesn't look as if it applies here.

10,000 miles have now been credited :D

Better still, I won £30 on top of my original stake, then got my 100% match bonus and have won another £10 so far. 10k miles and £40 better off (and counting) Ð can't really argue with a deal like that! [8D]

Not that I advocate gambling, of course...

Thanks for all the useful comments in here, my 10k miles turned up today :) Didn't win any money though [:(!] Still, it was fun, and takes me closer to flying in upper class one day! :D

How long did it take for the 10k to appear?

Not quite sure why the miles you earn as you play aren't just kept as whole numbers whole numbers. Not exactly a lot of point to something like 71.76 miles is there as you can't exactly use the .76 bit?
They could always round it up or down on screen.....

Yes thanks for the tip ScubaRoo:D. Wouldn't have gone back into my account but glad I did as the bonus was there even though I was playing roulette! Have to do it all again for the better half now.

Not a big gambler but 10,003 miles and £11.30 better off. Thanks for the advice everyone [8D]. I suppose the casino make the money out of those who can't resist the temptation to go back for more.

I reckon that's a pretty poor offer - not worth bothering with. If you particularly want to play online casinos, there are plenty of far better incentives and bonus matching schemes around. Ladbrokes, Hard Rock Casino.. both have good incentives.

I agree Ð playing through 15 times your bet for a mere 30 per cent bonus is pretty weak.

Especially as the T&Cs exclude Roulette (where you could limit losses to around 1.5% of stake) and blackjack.

OK, I hope I did everything correctly, games room total was over £100 and in the end it's only cost me £2.30. Am I missing something because you could end up playing Roulette putting 50p each on red and black and pretty much end up increasing your games room total to over £100 without actually spending anything? Or do they just rely on good old human greed because eventually you'll end up risking and increase on either one just to bump up your balance :D:D

No that would not work because of the 0 - you would lose half your stake if this came up.
I did mine by staking £1 on Black/Red/1-16/17-32/Odds/Evens and 30p on 0. The maximum you could lose would be £4.80 but as it happens 0 came up once and I was £3 up overall. You could stake as low as 10p on 0 risk only £1.60.

Scoop up to £300 with your next deposit

Jackets are on, the days are getting shorter and would you believe it, Christmas decorations will soon be lining the streets (yes already!). Winter's here but at the Virgin Casino there's definitely no need to be blue.

We've got a smouldering cash bonus for you to play for over the next 4 days and there's £300 up for grabs. Simply deposit between £25 and £1000 before midnight on Sunday and we'll credit your account with a 30% cash back bonus. You'll need to play through your deposit 15 times to qualify for the bonus but we think you're up to the challenge.

Terms and Conditions apply

Fly Higher with triple points

We're also offering triple High Flyer points all weekend on any of our slots games at the Virgin Casino. You'll earn 15 points for every £100 you wager on the slots on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd October.

If you're new to the site or it's slipped your mind High Flyer points can be exchanged for both Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles or casino chips. One point is the same as one mile or 1p.

Good luck at the tables!

The Virgin Casino.

You'd be better off paying a few hundred £ for an economy seat to somewhere in the right class as at least then you'd get a few thousand miles for your money, and you could always use it if need be :) And/Or spend and repay on your Virgin CC.
I played through around £30 yesterday on the slots, up and down for a while, and gained just under 5 miles/points for that.......so unless you keep winning and losing so that you never run out of cash with your initial bet, you're never going to really gain any miles for the expenditure.
I've pulled in around 86 miles so far from it, but generally I end up losing slightly more than I put in in the first place.

Bit bored Friday afternoon so read this thread, sent up 2 accounts for mrs and me. Used BuffyTVS65's system but only 20p on zero. Deposited £10 in each account played both 17 times, zero came up twice on each so just withdrew £30.£10 profit and 20k miles in 15 minutes not bad if the miles post:D[y]

In a word, no.

If you look through some of the previous posts in this thread, you'll see references to a £3000 limit in 90 days (or similar, can't remember the precise limitation).

I have seen the limits but you can have them removed by providing proof of id/address.

You can get the £3,000 limit removed by faxing identification. However there is a fixed £2,000 per day maximum as well.

I would guess that as virgin casino must pay a CC fee on all deposits they would not let you get away with this more than once[V]

If you are willing to play the deposits through once, I would assume
you can deposit up to the £2K every day. - could be an expensive way of accumulating miles.

Just did it in 30 mins on roulette. bet 20p on red and double up if i lose. when all the 20ps have brought you up £2 bet £5 red £5 black 20p green ten times and that is well over the limit and all you lose is the £2 you won. or you can be reckless and ignore the 20p on green. i have got £14 so 10,000 miles and £4 for 30mins addictive fun. Not Bad IMHO [^]

Indeed.. it's one of the many 'systems' that work in your head, but never work in real life: due to emotion and finite numbers. If you were a robot, and had enough funds, then yes, you would eventually maintain the system to minimise losses.. but in real life, we get nervous when the bet gets very high, and we have finite money to play with.
