Trying to do OLCI for our trip home tomorrow, coming up with cannot check in for this flight at this time - go to airport. All this after entering all pax info etc. Only 4 pax total and no infants. Anyone any idea what is up?

It's possibly a change of aircraft. The outbound is being done by an A340-600 instead of a 2 class A330 so maybe lots of changes of seats if it's used on the way back.

Enjoy the last hours of this heat ;)

I read that aircraft today were being switched about, with a different aircraft type doing the outbound, but thought that the return tomorrow would be on the outbound tomorrow.....
If it is confirmed that there will be a A340 tmrw, then we'll hot foot it to downtown Disney check on tmrw am. Anybody got advice on best PE seats on A340 600?

Ok, some quick research, and according to the aircraft database on here, G-VMEG is operating VS072 22nd July, as it is showing transit flight on that flight no gla - lhr 23rd July. So, with now 45 UC seats and 38 PE seats available instead of the 59 PE seats on the 2 class A330, anybody any idea how the upgrades are handled? First come, first served?

If they have to op-up, there's normally a pecking order. The higher your Flying Club status, the more likely an upgrade. So if you're gold FC you'll have a much better chance than if you're red.

Of course they may not have to op-up anyone if they haven't sold all 59 seats.
