Not sure about BA being 2nd, but they have improved a lot and I really did enjoy my CW trip with them from SFO-LHR and back last year.

Hey there, i guess it is Kind of awkward to See only the very Big Airlines in this list. Sure there are some airlines , Esp from MIddle East, which try to serve new standards.
