LHR have even started to move the more high end shops on to the route to the lounges, aiming at the higher spenders. This can all be avoided by the likes of BAs "million pound door" at T5.

But, according to the Sky programme about Gatwick, didn't they decide to move from the more high end shops and towards the High Street shops as a greater source of revenue?

I was more talking about the planning of the placement of the shops. What was said on the sky program?

:-p ok then. But why would a program about Gatwick talk about what LHR are doing? From talking to my friends and BAA, there does seem to be a lot of effort guided towards the higher end. But if a program on Sky, about Gatwick, said otherwise...

Glasgow have one half way along the pier that doubles as both an arriving and departing duty free
