reward flight sale

I have been saving my points like crazy so I can take my family of 4 to orlando in august next year. there is a flight sale at the mo and Yeah I have enough points to fly. no the sale does not cover august. xx(

my question is, is there ever a sale which covers august? and has anyone ever managed to book a flight never mind 4

have you looked at availability to somewhere like New York or Miami.
I know a lot of V-Flyers will fly to the east coast of the states on a reward flight and then connect to Orlando or drive from Miami.
you may find better availability to the other destinations as MCO is very popular during school holidays.
