Just wondered if anyone has had any issues with pre ordering goods from the retail therapy website?
I'm planning on purchasing a couple of duty free items for collection on my return flight from MCO, however, I am a little concerned that they may not appear. The lady I spoke to seemed to suggest that they get loaded from the UK so I was just wondering what happens if there's an aircraft change at MCO?
Would it make more sense just to order ex LGW or am I worrying about nothing, any thoughts?
