After a great week in las Vegas it was time to leave the amazing bellagio hotel
We flew out on a newly refitted g-vast Uc
So checked v flyer to see who was flying us home,
VBIG ????????? , what's that all about ??, why? Uc was empty ,11 beds taken
Anyway tried to upgrade at checkin ,PE - UC £1200 , or 24000 miles each ?
I told them I thourght this was wrong but they would not have it ,so PE it was
We had seats opposite the galley, And a new member of cabin crew ( oh no )
This young man was so nervous ,it started to become funny
Every thing he touched he droped. Lemons / limes , cans of drinks rolling all around the cabin , food droped all over the galley
Service was good after the brandies had arrived , we tried to sleep
I can never sleep on a plane, but after a couple more shorts I finally drifted off
Then BANG , !! The new boy in the galley droped a full bucket of ice
And woke the whole of PE up , everyone taking the eye masks of the see what the hell was going on , I nearly had a bloody heart attack ,
Finally breakfast was served, and when they pulled back the galley curtains
The galley floor was trashed , I have never seen anything like it ,
Anyway good fun flight all in , v port ,worked fine
We used miles to grab economy seats
Then upgraded to PE , but virgin never took our miles out ,happy days
Then upgrade to uc outbound
Love virgin , thanks for all your help on this great site,

I wonder why 24k miles each to upgrade on the return, next time be better armed it should be 12,500 miles ...

Your TR was very amusing - poor 'new' chap having to deal with a series of errors :|

We had that config of aircraft coming back from Boston a few years back and our PE seats were also opposite the galley.

Never slept a wink all night because of the crashing about in galley and the constant chatting of the crew ii) Also one of the cc was having an endless argument with her boyfriend who had been granted a UC seat, only to reward her by spending 6hours going on and on because she hadn't purchased his darn cigarettes at the duty free.

Glad you enjoyed the Bellagio, one of the best IMO :)
