I notice today and yesterday that a 747 is doing the Orlando route from Manchester.

I think I am correct to say that the usual plane for 075 doesn't have any UC.

Seems to me like there has never been a better time to ask for an upgrade!

Any idea what happens in this scenario? Operational upgrades all round?

There have been a few threads about this. It is a planned change for the whole of this week, so they will have been selling UC on these flights for a while now.

The change is due to one of the A330's needing maintenance.

Strange, one 330 is on the V27 run now, and the other arrived approx 11.30 this morning V50 from MCO. ): .

:D V75 got lucky with 747 VROY. This run should stay, not return 330s :$ .

Be interesting to see what happens to them both tomorrow then. KSS operated the 50 back but that was late due to the 49 leaving late yesterday, but obviously not scheduled for anything today as all the other flights seem to be allocated now.

It could be just the demand is that much higher due to the busy holiday periods. This has been a planned schedule change for a while which usually ties in with maintenance, but it could just be good fleet utilisation by VS.

VS075 MAN MCO
?| Does anyone know whats happening with this flight?? We are booked to fly 10th Sept. 2012 with seat reservations on an Airbus in PE. Are we going to be treated to a refurbished aircraft or will it be a permanent V-ROY? Why have they taken off the Airbus flights and replaced them with 747's ? I have been on V-ROY several times and was looking forwards to something new.
I also note there are in the region of 28 more PE seats on the 744 so no fighting for a seat (i hope). ):
